SHIPPING & RETURNS


Shippings

The delivery of the order will be made in the address indicated by the Buyer when sending the Order of Purchase and can be different to that of its home.

The minimum amount of the Order is established in 25 €, with the purpose of avoiding an excessive repercussion of the expenses of shipment on the price of the product. The system does not allow to make orders below this amount.

All the orders are dispatched in 24 hours, once received the payment. In regard to the time of distribution, used by the logistic company, it usually oscillates among 2/4 weekdays the shipments to Spain and 3/6 weekdays for the shipments to the countries of European Union. The shipments to countries outside of the Union the time of distribution in can increase up to 15 days more, depending on the distribution in the country destination.

If some of the requested products were out of stock and the time of reinstatement is more of 10 days, CosmeticAloe.com will communicate to the buyer the possibility of the partial shipment.

Only the shippings to peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands can be paid 'Cash on Delivery'. The remitted shippings this payment way will have an increment of 5%, with a minimum of 3,00 €, in concept of administrative expenses and of administration gotten paid by the logistics company.

At the moment all the shippings are carried out through Mail like Certified Postal Package.
Nevertheless the Buyer can request the urgent shipment, as Express Postal Package or through another company of transports. In this case it will communicate it in the Order and will pay the extra expenses that it causes this method.



Returns

Our main objective is the client's satisfaction. We want that the product that you have bought in our shop always responds to its expectations. If it was not this way, it has 7 weekdays, from the day of reception of the merchandise, to return the product.

If it had to return the products, please, communicate it to us and with pleasure we will indicate him like to do it.
To admit the return is precise that the goods are not manipulated and is returned in his original crate in perfect condition.

In case of return or change the freightages will go at the expense of the Buyer. The merchandise will be sent by Postal Package to the place of origin of the expedition or to the direction of the Seller. In the returned package there will have to go the whole documentation and the delivery note of return with the information of the Buyer.
Once received the goods and verified his condition, Comserpro, will return the amount of the buy deduced the postage and handling, independently of whom it had made them effective, by means of bank transference or nominative check, in the maximum space of thirty days.
